What the card shows

A tall tower on a rocky peak is struck by lightning, its golden crown blasted off the top and flames pouring from the windows. Two figures tumble headfirst through the air surrounded by falling sparks, a vivid picture of illusions collapsing all at once.

As card 16 of the Major Arcana, it belongs to the final leg of the Fool's Journey, where the traveler faces shadow, upheaval and hope before reaching wholeness.
