Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use vinoc.top ("Quizzly", "we", "us"). Short version: we do not run accounts, we do not keep your quiz answers on our servers, and our advertising partners may use cookies as described below.
Information we do not collect
Quizzly has no sign-up, no login and no user database. Your quiz answers, tarot draws, form inputs (such as a birth date) and results are processed by JavaScript inside your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.
Information stored on your device
To show features like "My Results", your last result on a quiz, saved picker lists, clicker counters and your sound preference, Quizzly writes small entries to your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share a link or image. You can delete it at any time using the "Clear" button on the My Results page or by clearing your browser's site data.
Server logs
Like almost every website, the servers and content delivery network that deliver our pages may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site running, and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Cookies and advertising
Quizzly is funded by ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

- You can opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting https://www.aboutads.info.

Analytics
We may use analytics tools (for example Google Analytics) to understand, in aggregate, which quizzes are popular and where the site breaks. These tools may set their own cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and device type. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and we never send your quiz answers to them.
Consent for users in the EEA, UK and US states
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a US state with its own privacy law, you will be asked for your choices through a consent banner provided by our advertising partners (such as a Google-certified consent management platform). You can accept, refuse or customize cookies there, and change your mind later through the same banner or the privacy link it provides. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, delete or opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; contact us and we will help where we can.
Children's privacy
Quizzly is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not target ads to them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service on our site, please contact us so we can help remove it.
Sharing and links
When you press "Share" or "Save image", the link or picture is created on your device and handed to the app you choose. Quizzly links to other websites in some places; their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our features or partners change. The latest version always lives on this page, and significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
