What the card shows

A great angel blows a trumpet hung with a flag bearing a cross, and people rise from open coffins below with their arms raised toward the sky. Mountains and water stretch behind them, capturing a moment of awakening when everyone answers the same call.

As card 20 of the Major Arcana, it belongs to the final leg of the Fool's Journey, where the traveler faces shadow, upheaval and hope before reaching wholeness.
