Get invited to the hero's birthday party and bring a better cake than the one they ordered. Then become close friends with their mom. Finally, win the neighborhood garden competition with roses specifically bred to look better than theirs from their kitchen window.

Your fatal weakness

Indifference. Your revenge only works if your target notices — and if they genuinely don't care, your entire empire of pettiness crumbles. A hero who says "Oh, I didn't even notice, but congrats!" is your kryptonite.
